Opening Packets Are Due Friday, August 28

Every student needs a completed opening packet every year, and this year’s is due at the front office one week from today.

Families with more than one child at Canyon fill out a single packet, with one exception. The LAUSD Student Emergency Information Form is needed for each individual student.

All the forms are fillable on your computer, so you can type them in, print only the pages that need a signature, and drop the packet off at the front office any morning next week.
