Opening Packets Are Due at the Office Tomorrow

Student opening packets are due at the front office tomorrow, Friday, August 28.

A completed packet is required for every student, every year. If you have more than one child at Canyon, you only need to fill out one packet, with a single exception. The LAUSD Student Emergency Information Form is needed for every individual student.

The forms are fillable on your computer, so you can complete them on screen and print only the pages that require a signature. If anything in your packet is unclear or missing, the front office is glad to help.
