The Office Is Still Waiting on Opening Packets From Many Families

The front office is still waiting on opening packets from many families, and this week is the time to close that out.

Every student needs one on file. You can fill the forms in on a computer or print them and complete them by hand, then print, sign the pages that need a signature, and drop the packet at the front office. Most forms are once per family, and the LAUSD Student Emergency Information Form is one per child. If you already turned yours in, you are set.
