Traffic Safety Reminders for Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Now that the school year is underway, please take a moment to review Canyon's drop-off and pick-up procedures, and share them with anyone else who drives your child to school.

A few points come up most often. Please circle clockwise and avoid cutting into the carpool line. Keep the staff driveway and the crosswalk clear while you are waiting. The red zones and the two spaces on Amalfi Drive reserved for families should be left free, and we ask that everyone use the crosswalks. The staff parking lots are closed to families until 4:00 p.m.

Please remain in your vehicle at all times while you are in the carpool line. If your child is not yet able to buckle and unbuckle independently, we ask that you use another pick-up option and practice with them until they can manage it on their own. We are also grateful when families are considerate of our neighbors on the surrounding streets.
